Booking deposits vary from $50 to $100 and are taken to ensure clients show up for their appointments. The booking deposit is only refunded if the client shows for their appointment. The deposit is non cancellable. If a client cancels the appointment or does not show, the deposit is forfeited. All deposits are returned with 14 days back onto the card with which it was made. All clients under the age of 22 should be accompanied by a parent (not a legal guardian), unless cleared with studio management. If clients show for an appointment without a parent where required, they will forfeit their booking deposit. All changes of appointment are subject to an additional $50 refundable booking deposit, which will be added to the existing deposit, unless 7 days notice is given in writing by post or email to the address below, indicating that you require a change of appointment. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be turned away if we are unable to fit you in, and forfeit your booking deposit.
